Called Rough Country and they said that was exactly what I needed but they do not sell them separately.
Called 4wheelparts and they said only one that might have them is Skyjacker. I called Skyjacker and they have them but the guy did not have a lot of technical insight. He just gave me part numbers C446-3 and C446-4. Should I pull the trigger?

The reason everyone bag's on IFS trucks, is the torsion bar design doesn't allow much travel at all.

The reason lifting them doesn't help, is a lift is really just a drop. By lowering every single piece of the suspension, now the frame is up higher than it was before, and the truck still rides the same. GM made these trucks with comfort as the priority, not durability or offroadability.

So, by dropping the upper control arms, a like amount to the lower's, you should, for alignment purposes, have a stock geometry.

If you have the part number's, get them.

And zone offroad.... bds.... superlift... trailmaster.... and probably many more.

Just look up lift kits for your truck and if it says upper control arm drop brackets are used call them...

I just explained to them what I had and what I needed. He said that his A Arm Drop Brackets would work but they do not sell them by themselves.

I ordered them today from 4 Wheel Parts. $330 shipped to my door. I hope this works or it is going to be a costly miscalculation.
