So i have contemplated using a cross bar much like silverstar customs used to use on their 2 links. here are my concerns;

if i tie the 2 link bar together do i need a panhard. SSC's kit never came with one and from what i gather doesn't need it

if i decide to do the tie bar and use a panhard would it cause some form of binding?

a couple guys at End of Summer Bash over the weekend said to actually weld the link bars to the saddles and the saddles to the axles and i wouldn't need anything. this sounded completely fishy and asking for problems but got me thinking about this old mini trucking way of doing the 2 link.

if your going to come in here and bash 2 links leave it don't reply i would rather have a thread with no comments then people coming in just to bash on them. Thanks guys for the help.

I'm never on here much ... I do have my own shop ... My question to you is why do you want to use a 2 link ? I can build you a 4 link or tri link for really great price

And from the pix you've posted up here of your work, the quality of such is beyond reproach!
I'd be leanin' towards the 4-link!

I already have the ekstensive 2 link on the truck. I appreciate the gesture though. I just wasn't sure if anybody had the knowledge of explaining how the silverstar customs tie bar worked to keep the axle centered. and yes GonzalezKustomzFab you do fantastic work

I don't know anything about silver star customs or there set up .... The only 2link I seen work properly was with a watts link it's that's your best way to do it if your running a 2 link
