Ok fellas, Im looking for some good looking inexpensive suggestions to cover or fix my rocker panels? From some distance they look good-- thought the $100+ roll of molding would pacify me but its not. I gotta do something. I know tons of people are bedlining them and living in Little Rock Ar everybody and their momma has it done.(with most looking faded and terrible) If i went the bedliner route my two tone goes so high i would be doing half the side of the truck.

It's true a lot of people are using bedliner for their rockers, and often the black gets faded quick, but there is a brand of bedliner from a company named U-POL out of the UK called Raptor Liner, its UV stable so it doesn't fade and really durable. It can be sprayed to have a rough texture or really smooth depending on what pressure and type of gun it's shot with. The kits can be ordered standard black or a clear tint-able version to match whatever automotive paint you want. Each kit is around $125 regardless of black or tint-able and should be more than enough to do your rockers, and include an undercoating style spray gun (provides a rougher texture at most air pressure levels) and a bottle of activator since it's a 2K urethane. I'd love to do my whole truck top to bottom with the stuff. I know you wanted to stay away from bedliner, but maybe this gives you another option that'll be easy and pretty nice looking. Hope this helps! Good luck.
