Well, like all Vortec trucks, it probably has mildly leaky injectors and intake gaskets.

My Yukon with 300k on it, did idle smooth, but that was after I threw about 600 bucks worth of parts at it lol.
Ugh don't get me started on the ******* gaskets they used in these Vortec motors. Had 2 gaskets go at the same time at the top of the headers. Damn things crumbled all too pieces and I had to ride around for a couple days with y tuck sounding like a wannabe ricer mixed with a lawn mower. It's like they took some printer paper, folded up and called it a gasket
