Okay I took a ton of photos after school today. I really hope someone can chime in with a solution.

Based on what I see the knockout are already out, right? I mean you can even get a socket on the cam bolt nut its so close to the back of the bracket.

Shots of the truck sitting with weight on the tires:
Level is perfectly straight up and down touching the top of tire on drivers side.

Now with truck jacked up. Jack is on the crossmember lifting truck up both sides together:
Again level is straight up and down. Bottom came out a little.

Shots with drivers side tire off and knuckle hanging. Looks like UCA is hitting the stop and that is what is holding it up.

Jackstand under the frame now and jack on the lower ball joint nut. Jacked it up until I started to lift the truck off the jackstand and all the weight was on the knuckle.

The only Idea's I have now are to slot the adjustment holes and remove the droop stops to get where you need to be.

At this point your thread title may well be misleading people from coming in here at all lol.

Ok... ok... I see know.... that block design on top of the knuckle has to go.....like trash them into the scrap pile.. get some upper control arm drop brackets...(like 99% of all style trucks kits use, they use them for a reason) they will allow you to still use the factory upper arm and still have all the factory adjustments you need to get the alignment right....

sent from what use to be a great country...
