Are the plugs wet? If not, injectors might not be spraying. Dump a little gas in the throttle and see what happens

I just had my icm checked today and they run 2 tests one is starting and the other is high rpm im pretty sure.

Found mine.....lol..... check your distributer... mine actually broke..and stranded me for 3 hours at dark at a stop sign...... I installed a new one and bam no more miss..... this was on my 94 but same idea...

Have you done a leak down test?

YEA EVERYTHING IS GOOD
Does the scanner you're using have Live Misfire Data? If so which cylinder is misfiring. If not then do a simple power balance by unplugging wires one at a time until you find out which cylinder it is.
