I'm just about finished breathing new life into my Dad's old 92 Mark III. My Dad bought it in 95 and kept it until he gave it to my brother in 2008. My brother didn't take very good care of it and sold it to me in December 15. Dad passed away in 2014 and I wanted to bring it back to the way it was when he bought it. It was originally black and he repainted Dark Cherry. I've always liked it better black, so that was the goal.
I've definitely got more in it than it was worth monetary wise, but priceless in memories. Hell, I took my wife to the prom in it in 99 in it. I was actually able to strip the clear off the wheels and bring them back after 24 years of crud.
