Hello all,
I have a 93 crew cab dually. Im going to need to replace the headliner. My question is how hard is it to remove? Do you need to remove the something or will it fold to come out a adoor?
I don't want to kink the backboard and ruin the headliner.
Any tips to to tget it our of the cab or back in would be great.

Thanks !

All these H/L's are the same width, just different lengths accordingly.
A CC H/L should come out the same as the others. Out the passenger door. Driver's front corner over top, passenger front corner over & around the door frame outer corner.
Buckets? Slide 'em forward, recline 'em back. Open all the doors so the H/L can be moved around without restriction.
Bench seat? Probably better to remove it. Just a few bolts, but you'll need a torx for the seat belts.
The H/L panel can be bent a fair amount, just don't get too impatient or ham-******.
There'll be some shuffling of the panel to do in order for it to be twisted around inside the cab.
Have to move it back, then turned as much as possible to get that leading edge out the passenger door. The panel's rear corner will be up against the back window on the passenger side. You can bend that down somewhat in order for that front edge to moved back enough to be moved towards the passenger door opening. The driver side rear corner will be hanging out the rear door at that point.
It's actually more of a test of patience to install without damaging the new material.
Work slowly & inch by inch, (An inch an hour, 2 feet a day!) checking each point of interference as you go.
You're gonna need 2 people to do the removal. 3 would be better for the install.

I did mine pretty easily, remove the front seats and center console and pull it out through the the passenger door.

You can easily pull it out and install it by yourself
