I tried to bent the bars that are there to work. I got the driver side to work barely but I broke the rod on the passenger side. Will grab another at the yard and try again.

How different are they? Did you get it to work properly? I got one rod, can't get the other though....

Has anyone seen these out in their local yards? Does anyone have the rods for sale? It looks like one of the handle/latch rods is easily available but the other three are not.

A guy on the 2 door nation facebook page made door rods for these handles out of wash bucket handles, you know the metal rod handles? He put them in a vice and used that to bend them into shape. Said it worked great. The hardest part he said was making the flare part at the end of the rod.

Does anyone have a lead on the linkages and pawl clips that attach to the handles? All the local yards only want to sell the entire door. I have the handles, just need everything else.

So I think i found a yard willing to sell me the handles, latches, and linkages without having to buy the entire door. Unfortunately, they want $300 plus! I may be able to get the rods from them only.

What i need to know is if the lock pawls are the same from the regular handles and the HD handles. On the first page, it mentions that they are reverse (LH goes to RH, RH goes to LH). I will do both doors at the same time. Also, are the plastic and metal clips the same on the regular doors vs kodiak doors? Just trying to save some money. I have access to a bunch of local sources for regular handles parts, but no kodiak stuff. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
