Got the RC truck mostly done, not sure what I'm gonna do about the body

Don't laugh.....I'm just learning Creo. I took a class on solidworks for my degree and Creo is what I'm now using in a current job. Made a simple design for side steps for my crew cab. Again, I'm new to 3D modeling....this will look like childs play compared to previous posts.

Hey man, nobody who's used Creo before is judging you :lol:

I've been using it lately just so I can say I know how to use it. It's similar to SW but nowhere near as intuitive. I like those steps so far though!

Just a thought on the body for the rc truck, try looking up specs on trucks of similar type from what I can see it is to be a stadium truck...so your best bet would be bodies for trucks like the Traxxas rustler or team associated rc10T4

Yep. If he needs measurements I can get them off my rustler.

I know this is an old thread, but dam there's some good lookin stuff here. Designing my own stuff like this is the reason I went into Ag Engineering, lots of custom tractor work. I love this type of stuff and the seein paper hit the floor to become reality.
