1989 Arctic Fox Build Thread

I only have one 400 now but have to get the steering figured out so I can drive it anywhere, no steering and no brakes at the moment

Yeah I'd like to get my new bumper sand blasted and repainted before the 12th.

Well nothing new with the Arctic Fox really, but I bought a donor truck for all the swap to a manual transmission. It's a 1990 4x4 454 1 ton 3 speed with low gear with 115,*** miles on the odo. Here's what it looks like. $500 wasn't bad for the entire truck to do whatever i want to do with.





My plan is use the tranny for a while, then eventually get a NV4500. I'm pretty sure the clutch needs replaced as I took the clutch slave cylinder off and there is black shreds of metal filling the housing. Not sure if the bigger hole is supposed to be there or not but there's another small hole forming on the corner of the housing.





I'm thinking about using the bed and making it into a trailer after i part out the rest of the truck including selling the 454 which runs good for not having a good fuel pump.

Forgot to mention that I picked up some parking lights from member 96k1500.

I think it really ties the grille together way better.
