I pulled the glovebox out and pulled apart a connector that had just two large red and black wires. I ran a jumper from the black wire to the chassis and my blower started running, removed it and it stopped. So definitely a ground issue? If so, where? I'm going to move the battery ground location for giggles and since I dont't know any better and go from there.

The battery grounds are definitely good. The braided straps in the back of the engine compartment are good. I see one ground in the cab behind the drivers side kick panel, are there any more?

Yeah. There are chassis grounds I just can't remember where they're all at. If I remember correctly there are some on the steering column mounts. Check there for bad wires. Remember, you can have a broken wire anywhere so use the continuity tester. I'm glad we figured out that it's a ground issue.

The PO had cut all of the connectors to the ABS and in the process cut a ground. It was tucked in the ABS wire loom where I couldn't see it. I removed the ABS unit, installed brake lines and a proportioning valve from a rwal truck, left off the abs, then grounded that ground to where the abs used to be and now everything works! I also pulled the dash out to help track down the problem, and from what I found the only ground in the cab was close to the obd connector. The HVAC grounds ran out of the cab into the engine compartment from what I could tell. I am very happy and thanks for the help from everyone.
