EDIT - You're not still running those tires are you? The front one in your first pic looks like it should have been retired about 10K miles before that pic was taken...
I'm not running those tires anymore, haha. I've done a few things to the truck since that photo.

I think I'll purchase the shackle kit, but how would I go about installing them? Is there a video, or instruction manual anywhere out there?

A quick YouTube search yielded this.

Not sure I agree with 100% of his methods, but it should give you an idea.

Wouldn't the cheapest thing be to just leave it. I mean yeah it looks better level, but it's not like you're the only one driving around that way or that there is anything wrong with the truck. That's just the way trucks look...

Gawd, how the world has changed! Back in the day, we all wanted to lower the front of our cars to give them that rake (some around here called it a "****"). Easiest way to do it was to heat the front coils with a torch, with wooden blocks under the front of the chassis to stop it from sagging too far.

What a cool look, or at least that's what we thought. I guess I'm suggesting you enjoy the look you have now, and spend your money on something else.

To each his own I guess. I prefer the level look versus the lowered front look. To be honest it's surprising to learn that people use to intentionally lower the front end for aesthetics. I prefer driving a leveled vehicle, and also not having water build up near the back window in the bed, lol. The truck has 30k miles on it, so it'll be my daily driver for a good amount of time, and I'd like to have it exactly the way I want it. My upcoming projects include replacing all of the exterior lights (the current ones are very foggy), leveling it, replacing the radio and speakers (just ordered the radio), eventually getting it repainted to white, and possibly ordering a tonneau cover, or new toolbox. I really wish I could replace the bench seat with bucket seats also, but from what I understand it's difficult to do. I do love the C/K trucks though.
