Has anyone ever built one of these or even heard of them. The concept is interesting. I know there are quite a few guys out there who want to build a bumper, but maybe don't have all the necessary tools. This requires basically a welder and grinder to clean up. Everything is already cut for you. Could be a fairly cheap option for some guys to get that custom bumper without paying over a grand.

I actually made my Trailblazer bumper by drawing it in CAD and paying someone through emachineshop.com to bend and cut it, then I just welded it together.

I would say it worked as well as my design and half hearted test fittings allowed it to.

But when you consider price....? In some cases this could be 1/3 the cost.

What did it cost to go through emachineshop? I've never even heard of them before.

Yeah that's why I said they are ok. If I bought one I might modify it some and add some additional bracing along with actual pockets for the lights

I think that would be the best thing about them. For the guy who can weld and grind, once you see how one goes together, it's like a light bulb goes on lol.
