The drip rail delete looks good you gonna delete the vent windows or not. I like them both ways. Here's a truck without I got a picture of from Rod Run in Pigeon Forge.

No, I'm going to keep the vent window's. I love vent windows, although mine are completely smoked lol.

My suburban is my first vehicle that doesn't have vent windows and high/low beam floor switch.

Liking the project!

I was born in 1980, and grew up poor, so everything we as a family owned, or I owned myself up until 1996 or so also had vent windows and a foot high/low switch. My mom and dad both got brand new vehicles in 96, for the first time ever. I was driving my mom's car shortly after she had gotten it, at night, and the high beams were on. I didn't know how to turn them off lol. I even pulled over and got out and looked all over the floor for the switch :anitoof:. I literally had absolutely no clue how to dim them lol.

So, I've basically been focused on my Pigpen truck for a few months now, but I've come to a point where it's time to turn back to the old stepper.

I'm thinking of painting it flat black, with a 4/6 drop and some Corvette Rally wheels my GF's brother has.

I've taken two days off in two weeks so I can get the new inner and outer rocker on and get the thing in paint before winter.

Really? Exactly like that? Just go with one solid color, unless you are going with the stock look.

Exactly like that lol, I'm a fan of the Sport package and the stripes are appropriate for the era of truck
