I also dont have power to the passenger window to roll down. It gets power to go up and goes up just fine, just not down. I just don't know what to do anymore :/

You "may" have a couple unrelated problems happening at the same time. Which can be very frustrating. I had a similar problem with various things happening at once. You said you checked all your connectors I know but how closely? My multi function switch looked fine but two wires for DTRLights were bad. This caused corrosion within the connector which caused random problems. Wipers stopping or not parking. Signal light not working etc. Not saying it IS your only problem but it may be something to look closely at. Drove me bonkers.

Yeah I wasn't convince the window was part of the original problem. I took the dash out to get to everything back there and now I'm in the process of pulling all the wire loom off of the wires that run from the fuse block through the engine compartment to see if there is anything that may be an issue. I've been checking everything over pretty well as I go, but I could always have missed something. The multifunction switch is on my list of parts that are going to be changed soon.

I did verify today that I had power at the fuse block for hvac when hvac didn't have power, for cruise when cruise didn't have power, so the issue must be between the fuse block and everything without power. I have no idea what, but I am going to replace the multi-function switch with wishful thinking.

You know what a continuity tester is? You might need one. You have a disruption of either a hot or a ground current. You just need to find it. You can tap into the ground wire for the controls and connect a length of wire that's easily accessible. Wait for the problem to occur and then touch it to the metal part of the steering column under the dash. If your controls come right back then you know it's s ground issue. You also need to make sure you have good grounding straps fastened to the motor on one end and the chassis on the other.

I was using a voltmeter, but I'll use the continuity function on it. The problem is happening right now so hopefully I can locate an issue. The ground from my battery goes to the front of the engine below the alternator and the fender.

I also have the braided straps on the back of the engine compartment going from the back of the engine to the frame and then one going to the cab.

Ok, if that's all secure then the motor/chassis is grounded pretty good. If the problem is occurring right now, I'd run a temporary ground to the controls and see if that fixes it. If you have 12 volts to the connector and a temporary ground doesn't fix it then I'm not smart enough to help ya lol
