Ill make it short… I bought a L94 engine a complete pull out from a Yukon Denali 2011 . the engine is a 6.2 liters . it came with harness , computer , instrument panel , body module, internal harness , steering column , key, accelerate paddle , so almost everything needed for an easy swap into my 1993 GMC suburban .

BUT , after 6 months , the engine still doesn’t start. There is a communication, there are signals but something is missing. I’m putting pictures of the scanner.

I would super highly appreciate if you guys can help with this .

Last thing, the engine isn’t inside the Suburban yet , I built a crate for the drivetrain in order to see that everything run properly prior to the swap.

Thanks in advance

# Temporary patches to the wiring harnesses to solve power distribution and networking problems, including those caused by a missing harness that should connect to the X201 connector (AllData naming). Alldata states that this connector is used to join between the steering column harness and that of the instrument panel (see attached document), but the installed instrument panel harness does not have such a connector at all, so maybe it's the instrument panel extension harness.
# All wiring between engine management ECU and starter checked including engine fusebox. Starter can be cranked both by Tech2 scanner command as well as by direct signal on ECU connector (with the ECU removed).
# Realtime data (see attached images) seems to suggest that although the cranking command is sent over the vehicle network, the engine management ECU does not activate the starter relay. It seems like starter cranking is blocked.
# X201 connector is used also for connecting the immobilizer system to the vehicle network. After adding patches to the wiring harness, communication with the immobilizer is now possible (tested with the Tech2 scanner).
# The instrument panel displays that the A/T is in PARK position so it seems that this isn't the reason that the engine can't be cranked.
# The gas and brake pedals aren't connected yet. Could this prevent engine cranking?
7. The immobilizer seems to be functioning properly as well as the key properly programmed.
