Couple of months ago i been looking for a truck. Decide to go with a gmt400 since i thought they look awesome. So i been on craigslist looking and looking to find one that not been to raged out. Till one day i found one for 3000 with 157650 on the clock. Bought it from a state trooper who was second owner he good friend with the first owner since new. So i new the truck would be perfect. So i talk him down to 2500. And proudly became third owner of the truck. Took it to the park to admire the truck:D. The interior is gray with 60/40. I wish it was buckets seats but oh well. It came with a sub box with ****** boss subs threw them out for some 10s fosgate p1. Im a bass head got to have bass:rocking:.

Couple pics when i got. I recently put on a diesel bumper. Got rid of the stock exhaust went with a true dual exhaust with glasspacks with 4in tip. Swaped out the smoked headlights to chrome cause i couldnt see nothing at night. Left the smoked corner lights on. Took off the chrome trim around fender wells. Swaped interior light to green and white led in my map lights. Debating if i wanna debadge the truck. Add some 4in auxbeam flood lights in my bumper:D. Sold the tow mirrors to buy the 2015 silvy style tow mirrors only found out they crack:banghead:. So i just went back to stock mirrors.

I recently replaced alot of stuff on the truck. Did ball joints went with moog cost me fortune :bawl: but i knew i did the right thing in the long run:waytogo:. Did pitman arm and idler arm also went with moog. Replaced engine oil cooler lines and the high pressure power steering line. Also did spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor (ac delco). Did brakes and rotor as well. This build will move slow as cash is pretty tight but gots lots of plans a head for this bad boy:waytogo:.

My future plans:
-6.0/4l80e swap
-14 bolt rear end swap with disc conversion
-6 in rough country lift
-more audio upgrade:peace:
And many more things.

I picked some things these past months light bar brackets that i bought kahl kreations. They were pretty expensive (100) not only that but i had modify them which was a pain in the butt to do. But got all worked tho. I color match the bracket to my truck made it look sweet :). I bought a 50 in curved led bar from amazon that paid 70 for. Havent had a problem with yet and plus it just a temporary light bar. Here's a pic with light bar and mounts on it.

Got home that day to put it on. I took off the headlights grill off. Idk why but to me it just didn't look good maybe it just need to grow on me some. I also threw some led pods on the grill that i also got from amazon 20 bucks they were on sale. I cant complain it looks awesome. Here is how she sits as of now.
