So I am parting out a 95 Burb right now and it has a good working air conditioning system in it. My 91 needs a compressor.

According to rockauto the compressors are different part numbers, however looking at them they appear to be physically identical. My question is can I pull the suburbans air conditioning system and just plug and play in my 91?

So after some research and a call to the parts store it appears that the only difference is the style of electrical plug used on the compressors as long as I pull the vehicle side off the suburban it should be plug and play

Does the burb have rear seat cooling also? if it does, you might want to pull the condenser out too since it is probably larger and will give your pickup better cooling.
