Great site everyone. So much information on this site has helped me throughout my 1988 K1500 4x4 frame up rebuild project.
I had the 350 motor rebuilt and swapped the heads to the Vortec 062 heads. My problem now seems to be finding headers that will work with my vehicle. Do I need to use the 1988 headers or should I use headers from 96+ because they had the Vortec heads? Not sure if the exhaust ports are the same from the stock 193 Swirl Port heads to the Vortec 062 heads. Not even sure it matters.
Have checked may manufactures but because I have converted from auto to manual not finding any that would work with my application.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
