Hi there! I'm new to this forum and I figure I should introduce myself and my truck. I've got a 1993 K2500 Suburban Silverado with the 454 under the hood. Truck has a few mods here and there but she's mostly stock. Got an automatic bag system in the rear, off road LED lights, an aftermarket stereo system and speakers, Magnaflow exhaust, and pretty much everything else is factory stock.

I want to replace all the lighting with LEDs in the coming months and get some new weatherstripping, but other than that I'm pretty happy with her.

Here's some pictures.

Welcome to the forum from another Burb owner!
Sure do wish mine was 3/4 ton with the 454; any big plans for it?

Thanks! Yeah I love the 3/4 ton with the 454 and 4WD, the truck is extremely versatile and that 454 has got some power. Doesn't flinch at all towing a boat or motorcycle trailer up a hill or going off road through some pretty bad terrain.

My most immediate plan is fixing my coolant leak that's developed in the short little hose going from the radiator to the manifold. It's pretty annoying always having to top off coolant levels once a month or before a trip. After I fix that (just a couple bucks for the hose but I'm lazy) I want to replace all of my rear lights and turn signals with LEDs, which surprisingly isn't even that expensive. I do want to keep it mostly stock looking though, I don't plan on doing anything too drastic to the asthetic of the truck, I really like the way it looks. Only thing I might add is just a couple LED running lights to improve night time visibility and safety, but nothing over the top. I'd also consider adding a small center brake light but I'm not sure where I'd like to mount it. Maybe once I replace the brake lights with LEDs that will be enough and I'll leave it alone, not sure yet.
