New steering gear box

I've owned 3 90s chevrolets my first one was a Silverado it had the 305 with the Allen bolt on the steering box my 95 burb with the 350 had it as well but the truck I have currently is another Silverado identical to my first with the 350 but only has a stud and nut combo on the steering box no Allen key adjustment I've loosened the nut but the stud does not turn any thoughts on how to adjust

Can the the sport steering gear work on a 98 Suburban if i get rid of the EVO steering sensor??

Yes it will, as long as it is 2wd.

My Suburban is 2wd. Do I have to disconnect that EVO sensor on my truck?

You don't HAVE to, but eventually it'll start to act up. Either replace or delete. Even GM has recognized it wasn't such a great idea & problematic with their offering of a kit to get rid of it.
Don't just disconnect it. Doing that leaves it in constant boost mode, which will help to speed up it's demise.
The Q/R box upgrade doesn't require the EVO to be deleted.

Thank you for that. I have another question..... I'm in the process of putting an 5.3 LS style engine in my truck. Would I still need to get a EVO delete kit for my truck?

No you won't need the delete for that, just use the LS pump.
