I use Napa premium. They are pretty good suspension parts. Are you tightening the control arm bolts after you lower it down, or when it's still in the air?

2 SETS of bushings in 3 weeks... that'
So where can i get the uhmw bushings? Instead of the red or black polys?

You would have a local machine shop manufacture them for you, but you need to re-use your inner and outer sleeve. Consider purchasing new inexpensive replacement bushings and pressing them apart to use the sleeves and machine new bushings out of Delrin ( Acetal ) or UHMW PE.

FWIW, most race cars use Delrin bushings. Delrin rod is available at many places online, same with UHMW PE.

I lock them down before setting it on the ground but also running 15x14s on a 33

I would wait until it's on the ground before you torque them down. Get them threaded until you run out of thread them go the rest of the way while it's on the ground. You're torquing (I'm assuming) them down in a full-droop position, not natural.

That's probably your problem. You want to tighten them with the truck on the ground. I usually lower it down and bounce the front end a couple times and tighten them up.
