Okay still trying to decide on some wheels for my truck. I'm looking at 20x9.5 Dub Ballers. They have a +30 offset which means they have right at 6" of back spacing. So will these work?

I've got the 22" set on my SS with similar dimensions otherwise. I think you'll have trouble with the center cap design and your front hubs. These wheels were made for the inboard bearing design of GMT800's and later (and GMT400 4x4's too of course.)

Will these trucks clear a 12" wide tire in the back on a 4/6 drop?

Even with some 20x9 0 offset I don't have any poking out, I'm actually tucking almost to the rim in the back with 255/45/20s I don't have any rubbing, little more backspacing would be something to look for, I lost a ball joint and ko'd my boyd so I had to buy wheels on the fly. im probably realistically 5" front 7-8" in the back..

That clearance in the front would drive me nuts. I've seen enough cratered fenders on other people's trucks, that I would constantly be paranoid of driving it hard.
