In the three months I removed the Lund Visor, Step boards, and the stainless flares. Then I added a magnaflow stainless polished replacement muffler for a little bit sound, added N-Fab step bars, got the windows tinted, and did an interior LED swap. I also added a K&N filter. Truck rolled 44K miles a few weeks ago.

I Installed a Autometer cobalt series transmission gauge so I can keep an eye on my temps while pulling my camper and dune buggy this summer. The gauge pod is a billet aluminum flat bottom adjustable pod form mpx performance its anodized black and just 3M sticks anywhere you want to put it. The gauge is LED and lights up blue when I turn my headlamps on I also hooked it up where when I dim my interior gauge lights it dims with them.

I also had a PCM for less tune done about months ago. I had it tuned for 93 octane and had the shift firmness set at moderate and I also had it set up for towing my camper. It took about 2 weeks for the tune to really set in but it made a big difference on the drivability of the truck it runs stronger, Im not the kind of person to rag on my vehicles but I gave her a few good dead stop launches and what a huge difference the shifts were quicker and firmer and the truck surprised me on how good it ran! As far as gas mileage I took a trip to Indiana from mid Michigan were I live about 230 miles one way and I ran the truck 73 to 74mph all the way there and got 16.89 mpg which I thought was great. On the way back I ran it a little a harder running about 75 to 76mph and I got 16.2mpg on the way back plus I was against the wind on the way back also. Overall the tune cost me $315 but it would of been cheaper if I gave them my core computer back but I wanted to keep it just in case something ever happened.

I will be doing an Amsoil fluid swap on my transmission with new filter, front and rear differentials, and the transfer case in a few weeks. Just getting things ready and freshened up to tow the new camper. With all the Amsoil fluid and filters and gaskets I got $185 in the stuff which I don't think was to bad and my GM certified master tech friend is going to swap it all out for $150.

Got my bilstein shocks installed today, these things are a big jump forward compared to the factory shocks! I honestly thought the truck rode good with the factory 20 year old shocks they were a little bouncy but still didn't ride horrible. But now that I have the bilstein shocks its even better this truck rides amazing the bounce is gone and it seems to handle a little better and have less body roll feeling.

Well my intake gasket just went yesterday so I bought the upgraded FelPro gasket kit and im having all my Amsoil stuff done at the same time. So after this is done the truck should be almost bullet proof for the next 100K miles.
