Header Sizing Help

Found a set of long tubes on a local parts trade forum up here. Price is unbelievable, but says they came off an old carbed vette and should fit any sbc. Now my knowledge is limited, anybody know if these will fit a 97 vortec 350?

They will bolt to the heads, but the real question is will they clear the chassis. You may just have to bolt them on to see.

Those look pretty rough and non-coated or painted mild steel. Those are only about $150 brand new. I hope your not going to pay more than $50 for that set that probably won't fit our trucks without some cutting and welding.

this...just because they fit the engine doesn't mean they clear what's around it!

I have a hard time believing that headers designed for a carbed Vette are going to fit a GMT400.
