6.5 turbo diesel to 350 tbi swap i need help

yeah we are doing this swap because my buddy bought this truck for $300 not running but in decent shape the truck used to belong to his dad and even when his dad had it the 6.5 was unreliable at best so I convinced him that rather than throw money a that crappy diesel and hope it runs again that we could put a 350 in it and live happily ever after

I have always run a 700R4 so I didn't have to deal with electronics with the tranny. The original motor and tranny came out of a 89 k1500. I wish I would have swapped an in a L480 awhile ago, I've replaced the tranny twice in the last 3 years always 600 miles from home.

being an 80e in a diesel youll have to do some wiring and change chips unless you find an 350/80e trucks harness and pcm
