that is about the perfect stance as far as how it sticks out. Just enough to look aggressive but not overly crazy.
Yeah I like it - looks right for the height. And when the rear wheels tuck, they don't hit the fenders (which most people don't think about when they get wheels that stick way out).

Put new tires on my ford and now she has a couple issues that I need to fix and I may have to sell this truck (the chevy). Not sure yet have a lot going on in my head with so many issues today.

Well decided not to sell her but plans may be changing.

If I can I am going to pick up a 89ish Chevy 1500 4x4 reg cab short bed with no engine trans or t case and I will swap my engine trans and tcase in that truck. I will rebuild my engine, lift it with 35s, gun metal gray with spray in liner on the flares and bottom, truck box and headache rack, and pretty much use this truck as a parts truck for it. All depends on what all I can do.

I don't really need a truck that can tow me and my family have 4 f250s and a f350 that I can use.

Well deal fell through on the half ton so going to go with just about the same plans. Starting to save money for the engine rebuild setting a $2K build.

So far my plan for the engine rebuild is:
12-249-9 cam
tbi heads with some clean up with my dremel (supposedly the TBI heads have good torque and I like more torque then HP)
headers and new muffler and single in duals out
new pistons to bump compression to 9.5:1 (Hyperteutetic aluminum)
Ultimate tbi mods
new intake filter (spectra or Airaid)
Chip and tune it.

Also my mom's new to her car has 35 12.5 17s that I can use to see if I like the 35s or 37s. The tire not wheel that is.

Found out why I was backfiring, missing, and only would move in 4 low. A wire to one of the injectors were melted fixed it sorta and now it runs decent. Still needs a tune up but going to still rebuild the engine as it is knocking a bit still.

was able to use her to push my brother's 91 F150 over.

Found out somebody put 187 chevy 305 heads on it. 58cc heads they are going to port them to help flow and keep the rest of my plan.

Well quick update since I forgot all about this.

Ended up trading the truck straight across for my dream vehicle a 83 Bronco with a perfect body 351W C6. I was able to drive the chevy as is to the guys place. Actually the guy ended up selling it and it is right next door to the guy I bought it from and he is driving it around as is. Still knocking like mad and blowing some smoke here and there but running.

I will get another (probably 1500 or colorado) chevy truck but as much as I liked Victoria the 83 bronco was not going to be found again especially straight across for a truck I had $250 invested in. LOL

So I thought I would post a new pic of my new to me Chevy. 05 Colorado 4 in lift 33s led projector headlights, chipped, intake, custom exhaust, custom built bumpers and rack, tail lights and third brake are smoked. I was told by the current owner of Victoria he would sell it to me for $1500 knocking still and I turned it down. loving this new truck still got more plans for it.
