It works for the most part, but it will randomly lose speed. For instance, I will have it set at 75mph on the highway and it will suddenly drop itself down to 63-65 and stays there. The only way to fix it seems to be to turn it off wait about 5 seconds and set it again. What could be causing this?

It also randomly shuts off over bumps, but I think this may be my brake switch. It activates easily.

Still haven't fixed this issue. I've found now that on long uphill pulls it shuts itself off as well. I've adjusted the cable tension to take slack out of the cable and that didn't seem to make any difference. My only suspect would be either a faulty multifunction maybe, or the cruise control module itself... Are there any vacuum sensors that might be causing an issue that I should look at?

could be the staulk, if the return spring is weak it could think your pushing coast or disable when you hit a bump

Maybe, it feels like it fully depresses though. I may start with the stick since the wear on it bothers me anyway haha, get a nice new shiny one in the process of hunting this down. It's 30 miles of highway driving to any civilization for me, so cruise is extremely convenient.
