I installed this lift some time ago. Just re did my alignment and noticed the sway bar has been rubbing the tie rod adjusters under articulation. Anyone else have this issue? What did I do wrong? It was my understanding that the stock bar and links were compatible with this lift.

I installed a six inch suspension lift by tuff country, very similar with the subframe and that. I noticed my tie rods bent a bit and later found out that during the installation of the lift I was suppose to flip the sway bar upside down.

Yup, its flipped. I had to replace my adjusters as the rubbing actually bent them and threw off the alignment.

Im not sure what to do about this. Ive looked around and cant seem to find any solutions. Id really hate to have to remove the bar completely.

I considered that, but I'm sure it will be too tall then and cause clearance issues with the upper control arm.

Shouldnt need to custom fabricate anything for this to work. There is no mention of an issue or even possibility of an issue with the sway bar mentioned in the installation instructions.

Have you checked the steering drop bracket support that mounts in the center for excessive play? Is it adjusted out too far causing the the tie rods to come in contact at full lock, it's been a while since I installed one, but that could allow contact if I remember correctly
