Anything to be aware of when removing a front bunper besides spraying the bolts and removing them?

Hmmm. lucky, ive been searching for a nice diesel bumper. Well i would be carfull not to snap any of the bumper bolts if possible, (Their hard to match at the hardware store) id spray them down with some rust penetrant or wd40 just for the hell of it. Up here in the north country rust is a devil.. snapping bolts is common for accessories with the trucks

Even more jealous of your Burb now,
And I don't think there's any issues to look out for other than the usual worries, don't snap or break bolts, gack the threads, and don't drop it on your foot or hand,

That last ones a good tip haha ill try not to drop it. Looking foward to getting it, and its suprisingly less rusty on the inside than mine is.

They're light shouldn't have to worry about dropping it.

is there a big advantage to the diesel bumper? do the 2 holes help in cooling that much?

Yes. I would be all over that like flies on a **** wagon, mainly because LMC wants a premium for their bumpers.
