I'm curious which(if any) countries have right hand drive gmt400s. I haven't gone back to look for any pics to tell which side your wheel is on. Is yours right or left?

Does right hand drive GMT400's exist? :) I've never seen one!
All of Europe except for the UK drives on the correct side of the road, we drive on the right side and our wheel is on the left side! :) From what I know, other than the UK also Australia, Japan and probably any country that has ever been a colony of the UK drives on the wrong side of the road and also sit on the wrong side of the vehicle.

Edit: I got really curious so I looked it up, they did make right hand drive GMT400's but the are very rare, both 88-94 and 95-98, you can tell it's real cos the opening for the center console is on the same side as ours but the wheel is on the wrong side. It looks so weird!

Ah cool. That IS weird looking. Interesting that the 4wd shifter is still on the left side of the tunnel and the extra heel protection in the carpet for the driver is still on the left. I wonder how mirror imaged they are and what all didn't get changed.

Long time no update...
I really like my Anzo headlights but I can't understand why they didn't match the pos/turn housings with the headlights?! It's been annoying me ever since I got them, not only do they not match, the bulbs are very visible in the housing and the light output is terrible because there is nothing to reflect the light of.
I got a hold of a set of black pos/park housings with chrome reflectors on ebay for a decent price and after installing them (still using the same LED's), people can now see my turnsignals and (more importantly to me) it looks sooo much better. I also finally installed a couple of other things that's been laying around for a while.

Before including 5 months of winter dirt.

After a little face lift, new pos/turn housings and the grille inserts I got about 4 months ago.

Also, it finally happend! I got my 32" curved LED lightbar installed that I bought 8 months ago, it wasn't until we moved our office and I now have to drive basically thru the forest to get to work that I realized how useful extra lights are. We were a bit worried that the grille insert would block alot of the light but I actually got a chanse to test it out on my way to work this morning and holly **** that thing is bright, it might actually be visible from space if aimed up!

Wow! Looks incredible as always! And I guess my question has been answered about billet grilles and lightbars, way more light output than I expected!

Did you have to modify alot for that led bar to fit? I threw mine (piece of crap quality) and bought five round 60w 7" LED lights. :)

Yeah, even tho my insert has 8mm bars it lights up like crazy, no effect on light pattern or how much it lights up. I'm really happy with it.

Haha, sorry! :) Like I said in the previous post, the insert doesn't effect the lightbar at all. The light is spread about 180° left to right, up and down and I'm guess I get about 150-200ft of visibility... everything lights up! :)

Thank you! :)

We cut the middle and the corners, I'll make a post on how we did.
Really? That sucks... even after the abuse we put it thru it still works.

Here's how I fit a 32" curved LED lightbar behind my Chevy grille:

When I got my lightbar I also got a grille insert that is mounted ontop of the existing grille, we didn't follow the instructions on how to install the insert since half of it was missing. (Even tho it said cutting was required it wasn't, it also said drilling wasn't required which it was.)

1.
We started with the grille inserts, for the lower one we left the original "insert" in place and for the top one we cut it out so we got some extra space between the grille and the radiator for the lightbar.

2.
After removing the top "insert" and installing the new insert we pushed the lightbar as far into the grille opening as it would go, the lightbar fit perfect in the opening hight wise btw.

3.
While holding the lightbar in place we held up the grille to the truck to see how much needed to be cut. Then we removed the lightbar from the grille and cut the cooling fins, hood latch area first as close to the important parts as possible, then the corners after checking how much needed to be removed. When it fit as close to the radiator/hood latch area as possible we fastend it to the grille shell.

4.
Since my truck has a trans cooler mounted in the lower right corner of the radiator, the brackets for it ended up being in the way so we did a little modification to the bracket instead of cuting more of the cooling fins on the lightbar. That bend on the bracket was further up before.

It was pretty easy to do, the way we did it we only had to test fit it twice before it fit as it should. It took maybe 3-4 hours to do both the inserts and the lightbar but that was mainly because my dad has every tool and machine in the world except for a dremel... removing the cooling fins was the hard part.
