:think: How would adding a adjustable one on the return line allow for more psi to flow through the stock regulator?
Not questiong you, just wondering how that works.. isn't the regulator...supposed to regulate it?! :D

Basically he's adding pressure to the whole system by pressurizing the return line.

Oh and Brian, my stock reg is the adjustable one. As for the pumps, you and I should both have TBI pumps. Spec is 9-13psi.y new one is 50+ out of a Camaro.

Update. Had an extra vehicle to drive while a friend of mine was out of town, so i had a shop get the new fuel pump in. Not much of a difference, because of the timing chain possibly losing tension, and needing a chip, but I could swear it has better pick up now.

Also, same shop found my passenger side motor mount destroyed, so I'll have them replace both while I wait to hear back from Mark at Gearhead.

Been running her on the stock tune since I did the build. It took a few months but the computer adjusted surprisingly well despite being on the stock tune. I can light up the tires at 30 on a smooth road and she launches like a bat outta hell. Next step is a huge cam, full exhaust (already snagged a set of longtubes), and Holley 750 and I'm gonna beef up the ignition a bit. Still leans out pretty bad at extreme WOT, so a wideband is also in the plans.

Haven't been here in over a year, wow. Small update, still running the same engine setup, now shopping for cams because I found a local guy that can tune it. Oh yeah.
waking this up from the dead, I know. But, did you ever get it tuned and how did it perform afterwards?
