Had a Esprit V8 a few years ago, good car but lot's of issues. Had the exile for 6 years now and the things bulletproof, considering all the mods. I beat the hell out of the thing and it comes back for more. So different to drive both..
If your in the market for a Lotus, it can be driven every day..I put 45,000 on mine and its a blast…change your life and how you look at cars, but you have to squeeze yourself in it first.

That's awesome that you had an Esprit V8, that was definitely in my top 5 dream car list when I was a little kid. Got any pics of it still floating around?

One of these days I'd love to own a Lotus. Every Lotus owner I've ever talked with has told me that they're absolutely amazing to drive.

I got some pics around I'll take a look. Was mostly stock, but pound for pound a fun car. Was to soft for me, I wanted something more hardcore so the Exige fit the bill and in 2010 it was pretty cheap from the economy downturn. Driven a bunch of stuff and the Exige is one big go-cart with a roof, will never sell that car.

Sure I'll post some pictures. The bar can bee see from the windshield, right over the fade strip on the top of the glass. Does not effect visibility. Will say that these light bars are know for noise...some hi pitch and other deep when driven. Mine is deep...I'm waiting but there is a company that has special foam decides to help stop the wind noise on the light fins.

Good to know, thank you!

Aaannnnnnd you pretty much have exactly what I want my stepside to be.... such a sweet looking rig! I'm not gonna lie, I'm a tad jelly... :D Welcome! If it's not too inconvenient could you grab an interior shot of the top of your windshield sometime? I've always wondered how much of those light bars you can see from the inside. Nice truck!
Ok here you go for the pictures of the light bar.

Nice rig, I love step sides.
noticed that your running 5.13's thinking about making that move with mine. Wondering how do you like them for everyday? Did you put them in a 10bolt? Also last question what are you turning rpm wise at like 70mph? Thanks!

I have them in sf 14 bolt rear, the front is a hp 44. with the 40's its not bad, at 60 I want to say im at 2200 rpm. the truck doesn't see daily duty or the highway much.i wouldn't have a problem daily driving it either.
