well i got an update for ya'll! been a while since ive posted anything on here but lets just say ive made a few changes

so i got fed up dealing with auto transmissions and picked up a sm465 and np205 for cheap!


obviously pretty gross so i had to clean it up a bit and inspect the internals.


reverse gear was a little too worn for my taste so i replaced that along with the idler gear with a rebuild (seals, bearings, sincrose, etc.)


got the pedal assembly and master out of a 90 burb with the same trans





had to cut the floor...obviously (worst part )


ran into a slight clearance issue with the drivers side header when getting the trans in


so i had to remove the header cut and weld a new pipe on


that was the only hiccup i had getting it in then the rest fell into like it was supposed to




then after all that hard work my pass side front bearing in the hub decided to go out so know shes sitting in the driveway till i work up the funds to rebuild the outers. you'll also notice that the 37s are missing









i pretty much traded a guy for a set of 42" tsls


so ya thats where im at now

I love the 4 speed especially the granny low gear

That shift knob is kinda big isn't it?

well its been way too long since an update has been made but got it running and driving with the 4 speed

but i made the decision to go under the knife again and do a doubler (203/205) to add some length to the front driveshaft. it would just be too short and the angle would just not work with the amount of lift. also decided to ditch the bed and flat bed it. also made a new set of beadlocks and got new highsteer arms from artec industries

got the doubler in just waiting to get the 205 back from the machine shop.
