I noticed in your original post that you have a '99 Tahoe?

This is exactly the reply you need to go to for the '99 Service Manuals:

Tested good, I've been using these on my own chore truck, no snags, no issues.

You can look it up and have it with you while wrenching. Being from
a different era, I tend to look it up on my computer, print out the specific
pages I need, and then use that hardcopy on the vehicle checklist-style.

(I actually print this stuff out for each engine job, write notes to myself
about what I found, and then hold onto them in case there's any question
after it gets all put back together and some time has elapsed.

Here is the complete list of engine torque specs as given in that section of the 1998 FSM (attached).

The link posted earlier by @Road Trip will get you the entire FSM.
