Yep. Adjusted the tune and 4.10 lined up perfect with gps speed and RPM.
Got the tune dialed in a little better and spun it up to 5000 in 2nd so far. It pulls pretty good. Need to build the water reservoir so I can hook up the intercooler before beating on it too hard.

Also put a bulkhead fitting In the firewall for the boost gauge. I love the Push-To-Connect fittings and hoses.

Transmission is acting weird when it warms up. Reverse takes a second for it to catch. And 4th feels likes it's slipping.
Gonna throw another 80e in here when I get time and take this other 80 to get checked out.

Couldn't find a socket cap bolt to hold the dipstick tube in. Ended up making a spacer so the regular bolt head wouldn't hit the manifold flange.

Got that done. Put new pcv valve in the driver valve cover.
Now thinking bout drill and tap both valve covers and run hoses to a catch can and do some check valve voodoo so the filter can be hooked up. If I get any oil on the compressor, I'll rethink it.

Make damn sure if you drill out the valve covers for bigger breathers you rig up a baffle or oil shield inside the cover. If you don't, the oil consumption will be mind boggling.

I understand.
I have a catch can and a few sets of valve covers. I plan to experiment with it. But with low miles on the rings I hope it is decent on the lack of blowby.

I can drive around for a little while but 4th starts acting weird. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd plus 3rd with lockup runs great. Pretty fun to drive being pretty light and only 7psi boost.
My buddy is dropping off a fresh 80E to me at work this evening so might swap it out and give it a try again.
Glad I did my exhaust so I don't have to pull it to get trans out.

Put another 80E in it Sunday.
Rode around for a little while and saw 10psi boost on one pull. It's getting there..
