I have a 1998 silversmith ext cab and just put d2600 bags in front with 1/4 air line but can not get it to raise. It hold air and put a test air valve to test with my 145lbs compressor but only lifted about an inch, what gives? Please help

How big a tank is on that shop air. If its a little guy you will need to allow tank to fill completely then hit it then allow tank to fill completely again.
If its not a air pressure or volume issue it sounds like something is binding
