Not to dirty. What caught my eye was that dent. Usually any dents are lower then those body lines.
Yeah, to this day I still dont know what thats from. If you look at the bedside below the molding at the very back, theres a big dent in that piece. Again, not sure where they came from. My grandpa was rear ended 3 times in this thing so who knows lol

Holy ***** man! Love the custom interior, with the Denali wood trim! Should complete the look with the Denali bezel with the wood grain trim. We're those seats re-upholstered? Really rad looking truck. :rockit::manos: I really need to give my truck a cleaning on the floors as well, nasty from the winter.

Did you install that air bag? I hope you didn't... :puke: lol

I've been looking for a nice denali bezel. All the ones I've come across, the wood grain is messed up. Or it's the wrong color. Yes I had the seats redone. I thinking of having the inserts in them done with the same dark gray the door panel inserts are done in. To give it the full Denali treatment! The steering wheels that was in the truck was done! The leather was coming off of it. I installed this one with the airbag, but it's not functional. I also have some radio controls for this wheel that I haven't installed yet!

That's cool! I actually found a Escalade the other day at the salvage yard with the bezel that was in great shape, didn't buy it as my truck has blue interior. But yeah I think that would be badass with the seats, doing the two-tone. #fulldenalitreatment (lol)

Ah, ok that makes sense if you've got radio controls. Glad you didn't hook it up, if you know me, I'm not a fan of air bags, lol.

Don't know your story on airbags, but I've be popped with one! That **** hurts! I was working on a car in high school, sitting in the drivers seat. One of the other guys was under it trying to straighten something out with a BFH! Well he swung and missed and crushed an airbag sensor! I just happened to have the key on chasing a electrical problem in radio. It knocked me silly for a few minutes! Hit me on my left shoulder! Thank God I didn't get it in the face!

Holy moly! Glad you didn't get hit in the face.

But anyway, my short story on airbags is that I removed them from my truck as it was once a half-ton, then swapped to a 3/4, plus I really don't trust them a whole lot, I always think they are going to burst randomly. I know they probably won't, but you never know. ;) Since I got a 94 Buick LeSabre for college, I am learning more to trust them, a work-in-progress I guess. Still won't install the airbags in my truck again, NEV-ER!

The air bag in my Grand Prix was one of many reasons I was able to walk away from this hellish nightmare. Sure my shnozz hurt for the rest of the day and the day after but man was I happy I got the bag and not the steering wheel. Also could have easily busted ribs or my collar bone, maybe even snapped my neck from the seatbelt had it not gone off.

Last two were what the car looked like before it got smashed. That Escalade was facing the other direction turning into the driveway it now appears to be pulling out from. She turned left into the driveway across my lanes and I had maybe 100ft. She never saw me. When she did she panicked and stabbed the brake stopping in the road. I crossed from the right lane to the left lane to the turn lane and was able to utter the words "oh **** you" before I watched my hood pop up, my dash buckle and windshield explode simultaneously, immediately I watched my passenger airbag deploy first and as it was half way out I saw my air bag come flying at me. I went airborne, landed sideways and skidded to a stop facing the side of the road. The Escalade was thrown 180 degrees and slammed into the curb. I blew the rear axle out from under it, shot both drive shafts out, and exploded the rear wheel and tire. The tire landed 100 feet down the road in some guy's front yard. I have parts of the wheel in my garage as trophies.
