Stopped to look at a 97 ECSB K1500 with my brother the other day, and I snapped this walking back to the truck,
Hopefully I can make a few changes to the cosmetics soon; I'd like to get the clear coat fixed, reseal my corner lenses and do the 4-corner mod, put in my headlights, diesel bumper with fogs, and some black K2XX mirrors.

Nice pics ! And welcome, not been here so long myself. And you are right there is lots of good stuff here. Everyone is helpful.
Was going through some old pictures of my truck (because I miss driving it, it's down for a 4L80E swap) and found this. Side by side with my dad's '06 3500. Every time I see his truck I think about how badly I want to turbo it. It's an LQ4/4L80E with a 14 bolt. It would be so easy to turn into an absolute monster. If the V6 in my truck ever dies I'm putting an LQ4 in there. I love that engine, even in stock form.

Spring is sorta here and I'd almost forgotten what it looks like in the sun so I snapped this while waiting for the light. I am close to being finished what I wanted to do with this truck.... 4:10's would improve my launch capability....
