How does the AC system work in early OBS models?
Do the deal right. Don't rigg anything up. You will be causing problems. Replace it all like you see it. Switch on the back of that compressor. Replace it with a new one. I did mind while back. 4L60E smoking when towing
Ml60E. You screwed up. Rebuilders do not know this trans. You just burned it up. I would never tow anything with my trans and a Chevy trans man. At a Chevy dealer did mind. They are defective and weak.- wheelman

Big problems!
You lowered the truck. Took the ride out of it. It beat its self up. Usually that crap happens when you are going 60 miles an hour. Other side is bad too. You got to pay to play.- wheelman

No oil pressure after head gasket change???? Huh??
Did I miss something. You over heated the motor. Was you getting good pressure before that. Did you change all the oil. From past times. You can ruin the oil by heat. It will be like water. Lifters will tap. Pump has to pump oil to the heads. Pickup tubes have been known. To come loose and fall...- wheelman

CSFI no good?

Why does my valvetrain color look different on each bank?
Could be running a little hotter on that dark side.burning the oil a little bit.low weight oil may be doing it.i think they are using like.five weight something now.like 5/30.i grew up.every one was using 10/40..but the dealers herd so much crap about lifter noise.on cold mornings.they changed...- wheelman
