    I used Stahl 2 inch spacers on both my 95 K2500 burb and my 95 K2500 truck. I used the steel versions and problem solved. Looks great and work great.

    I haven’t installed these on a newer truck. I’ve read as K20 stated there will need to be some grinding for clearance. Or use a set of Knuckles from a older trunk in pick a part.

    IMHO the door sticker only applies to the original uniroyals that came on the truck. Tire tech has came along way in 30 years. Usually cheaper made. I run the max printied on the tires sidewall. Different manufacturers have different pressures on the sidewall. So recommendations for this or that...

    If you take the LCAs off the bars you won’t need to fight the keys. Other than backing the tension off of them.

    Installing them was easy. I cleaned up the bars and used never seize on the hex. Slid right into the new arms. Snug fit but I could move them by hand.

    I got the puller from eBay. Tolsen model 65042. I used it on my neighbors truck changing his Lowers also. It works perfect. No banging or cussing. Both sets were stuck and I made short work of them with my 1/2 impact.
