    Yes the ground wire is at the T stat housing. It grounds thru the 2 bolts that hold down the T stat housing.

    12 is not technically a code. It will begin and end with 12 always. The codes are after 12 finishes flashing at the beginning 3 times.

    The 94-95 454 TBI had fuel pressure of 26-32psi preferably 30psi. They also had different injectors. You sure it has the correct injectors in it?
