Living in E. Tn, hardwater is the bane of all my glass - at home and on the cars. I use Bar Keepers Friend (Oxalic Acid) for a first pass, rubbing it in with a scouring pad. I then use LimeAway (Sulfamic Acid) combined with a magic eraser. I don't know if it was the chemicals or the elbow grease...
