Haven't done a GMC design yet, but I surely can. DM Sent. I can also make designs with any word, name or even your company logo to give a full custom look. Would probably look sick backlit with some LEDs.

You're speaking my language. I had a lowered 78 C10 short bed with a 383 stroker, 3" straight pipe exhaust out the back.....it was a monster.....then I moved somewhere where it snows.....hence the z71 :) This 4x4 world is relatively new to me, but love the fabrication side of it.
Thanks! I've loved these body styles since they came out and love bringing some new designs to them. Plus, as we all know here, they are fracking cheap to work on!! That truck has 330K on it, 350 has 100K, and everything else has less than 15K.....Think I spent less that $500 replacing...
Thanks, here's the thread that documents the build of the rack and the bumpers which has some better pics.....think the rack starts on the 3rd page. The Do Work Truck has come a long ways :).

Or you could do the best of both worlds like I did.....GMC grill with a Custom Chevy Insert. http://www.gmt400.com/threads/chevy-ford-raptor-style-grill.39279/
So I finally finished my new grill for the Chevy. I went with the Ford Raptor style grill, and used a GMC grill to give a more finished look for the custom piece (can't beat a new grill for $55 shipped, thanx ebay). I ended up bedlining the whole metal insert I made and the plastic GMC grill...
Thanks a bunch. I feel you on the aftermarket bumpers; they all have dated 90's looks. Been driving the truck over the CTS V cause I love it so much.
When you are ready, I can build one for your truck and ship it out. Contact info is on the website:

I agree. Body flex and the "one size fits all" approach can really screw some gaps up. The 3D scan and custom approach really allows me to make look like it belongs. If my frame is flexing more than 1.5" I've got bigger problems.
It is not supported and all cantilevered over the cab with a 1.5" gap at the tightest spot. I am 280lbs, and I stood and bounced on top and it barely budged (NASCAR infield approved). The stress analysis says it will be good to over 500lbs conservatively and I believe it after the "bounce test".
