    Fuel pressure issues

Unfortunately, yes, as it is what I have. It's a Pitsburgh (harbor frieght) non liquid filled. It's an older version without the pressure relief near the gauge. Came out of one of their generic fuel pressure test kits a while back. I'll look into something to get more accurate readings. I...

    Fuel pressure issues

Re checked fuel pressure this morning, same result. 8ish psi. Pulled regulator apart and spring is intact at least. Cranked afpr spring all the way up and I am only getting 11 psi. Will more than likely order a new fpr kit with spring and rebuild and recheck. Might try to install the stock fpr...

    Fuel pressure issues

I am aware of this, I only changed the diaphragm because it came in a rebuild kit, the spring unfortunately did not. I was more making the point to if it was bad and causing the lack of prssure (like a tear) it would be leaking so it would be noticeable, like you said. After PlayingwithTBI's...

    Fuel pressure issues

Had my girlfriend watch the fuel pressure gauge while I pinched the return line. Fuel pressure shot to over 80 on the gauge. Then settled out somewhere a little over 20 psi, while no longer pinching the hose. You may be correct.

If this has a duplicate thread feel free to delete. I drive a 91 k2500 5.7 tbi Fuel pump is a new-ish Precision A30033 (a vortec pump and hanger capable of 60psi) Relay is new-ish (30 amp from oreilly - the Grey one) Fuse looks good (yellow 20 amp iirc) Oil pressure sender is new (just did...

    Master cylinder help

Heard. I'll try talking my cousin in to it. He was adamant my older truck didn't have that capability.

Did you use the springs on the flange bolts or just bolt/washer/nut?

    Master cylinder help

It's a 91 k2500 6 lug. Replaced the master pn NMC1111 from oreilly. I'm told this part replaces the 10-2352 mc. bench bled then bled at the lines, then at the wheels, farthest from the mc to closest. I used the hose in brake fluid pumping the pedal slow, I was by myself and didn't have my...

    Master cylinder help

It's a 91 k2500 6 lug. I do agree, it looked like JB6 in the service sticker just wanted a second opinion. I agree with the small leak, I believe it's inside the master cylinder. I see no fluid anywhere else along the braking system. However it does have the rear abs or rwal and I have not...

    Master cylinder help

After some time of having braking issues I belive it to be my master cylinder. Shoes and hardware replaced in the rear, pads and rotors replaced up front. Fluid flushed and system bled. Would feel good for a week, maybe, then pedal would start to soften up. Les schwab even verified the...

    Ecm identification

Hello everyone, sorry if this is posted else where. I'm trying to identify what ecm I have in my truck. The sticker is so deteriorated all I can make out is "16136301" & "122". I drive a 91 k2500 5.7 tbi 700r4. Can I pull the ecm and verify the number on the memcal anywhere? I'll attach a...
