    You've replaced the parts but have you verified that you have spark and fuel? Any CEL lights/codes?

    I'm leaning towards injectors because they are the only part of the fuel system that hasn't been replaced. Tank was dropped and cleaned, new pump and sender, new filter, completely disassembled the tbi and deep cleaned everything. Truck runs decent but super rich at idle but does not take well...

    Good looking truck! If I had that thing, I don't think I could bring myself to do any crazy modifications to it besides maybe swapping a 350 in it. It's super clean.

    -I like it but I don't like it at the same time. It's a nice looking console but I feel like it stands out from the rest of the interior too much in the 88-94 trucks since the rest of the interior is squared off and the console is more round and flowing.

    If it's a 96+, it can be done with a tuner/programmer. Edit to add. With 295/50r15 your speedometer will only read about 1mph slower than you are actually going if your speedometer is currently accurate. I honestly wouldn't even bother worrying about it with such a small difference.

    71 in August?! Now I'm the jealous one. I know what you mean about the rust up there. I have a friend that lives in the Goshen, NY area and some of the cars he drags home make me glad that we don't get rust like that very often down here besides the cars that stay right on the coast.

    T56 swap is the goal in my 96, but I'm also planning to swap to a 5.3. Problem is finding one that somebody doesn't want it's weight in gold for. I'm probably just gonna start with a 5.3 and an 80e and rock that until I can get everything ready to tear the whole truck down for a frame off build.

    '99 C1500 with a 350? Didn't know they made the half ton 2wd gmt400 in '99. Engine will swap right in. One thing I'd do different though is go ahead and swap it to a 0411 pcm. You can get them on ebay for a little over $100 and the repinning isn't too bad as long as you find the correct wiring...
