I just did a Google search for "tach wire on distributor " to verify my previous post and I was right. The plug on the side of your distributor should have "bat" and "tac" lettered on it. You can take it from there.- SuperSub67

I believe it's one of the contacts on the side of the distributor. Someone can second me on that. Hope you get it figured out !- SuperSub67
