How can I bypass VATS or delete it?

I still haven't gotten it but thank you all. I might just sell some stuff and get a cheap car and get an aftermarket wiring harness later on when I can afford real parts.

How can I bypass VATS or delete it?

I'm sick of this. Can someone assist me in either bypassing, permanently removing, or even just where I could find the box on my truck? I don't have any money or a spare car to even go get a job with anymore to afford new parts. I've got a parts 99 Chevy that I don't think had the lock crap on...
