Rear sway bar end links

The PO of my truck installed bigger sway bars front and rear, and the end link bushings in the back are totally gone... clanking and rattling. Im guessing these are not factory end links due to the height adjustability, can anyone tell me which ones they are, and do they look like i can replace...

1999 Suburban D-pillar vent cover p/n

Oh are they painted? I figured they were just gloss black plastic. I can definitly paint em... just looking at other replacment parts I figured they would be super-cheap like everything else seems to be. Thanks for the info! Here is a pic of the truck I bought. 160,000miles $3k... after some...

1999 Suburban D-pillar vent cover p/n

Can anyone tell me the part number and/or description for the black plastic d-pillar covers / corners / vents on the exterior of a Suburban? Better yet, where to buy? Just bought the truck and these are in bad shape and would like to replace them! Thanks
